Apprenticeships support the Skills Generation

For generations Scottish Apprenticeships have:

  • powered potential

  • passed on the skills to thrive

  • built businesses to prosper

  • energised the economy

Apprenticeships support the Scottish Government’s ambition to harness people’s skills and talents. This helps ensure that Scotland remains a successful nation.

People get the skills to thrive, thanks to employers working with:

  • learning providers

  • colleges and universities

  • schools

Foundation, Modern and Graduate Apprenticeships are backed by employers. That's because they can find and develop talent with the right skills to support them – now and in future.
