What's the qualification?

You will gain a qualification at SCQF level 5 and 6 in customer service.  Both qualifications include:  

  • Core units of aSVQ in customer service at SCQF level 5 and 6.  
  • Work experience in a diverse industry

During your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to:   

  • Manage customer relationships 
  • Carry out best health and safety practices 
  • Work with different kinds of merchandise 
  • Develop lasting relationships with your co-workers

Further education: You could go on to study for a degree in customer service. Your experience will support your university application.

Duration
