Project management covers various sectors across Scotland, including digital marketing, food production and hospitality. This means there is a variety of jobs to choose from. Become a project coordinator for a charity and help to deliver socially-conscious campaigns. Work as a hotel project manager and create a refurbishment plan for the building. The apprenticeship is designed to give you the necessary skills to progress in the world of project management.  

What's the qualification?

You will gain a qualification at SCQF level 8 in project management. The qualification includes:  

  • Core units of aSVQ in project management at SCQF leve  
  • Work experience in fast-paced and dynamic industry

Further education: Continue to enhance your project knowledge by studying for a bachelor’s degree in project management. Alternatively, you could apply to join the Association of Project Managers.

Entry requirements

There are no set requirements for this apprenticeship. But it is useful to have a desire to progress and build a team.
