Working alongside the Billing Administrator you will assist in the daily operations and effective management of both the Billing and Finance departments. Delivering customer service that is best in class, focusing on continuous improvement, speed and proficiency of billing processes as well as maintaining accurate accounting information will be key to the success of this role.
1.Answering customer queries on the phone and email
2.Ceasing services which are no longer required
3.Liaising with suppliers to resolve account queries
4.Input and audit paper billing via Paperless
5.Invoice stock items both individually and by adding to monthly invoices
6.Archive old billing data on a monthly basis
1.Performing ad-hoc administration duties.
