Working closely with the Communications Director, the successful applicant will help support the execution of a successful marketing and communications plan for clients, candidates, third parties and staff. The role will focus on digital, including email marketing, content marketing, video and the latest search engine optimisation practices.
Managing the company's social media presence, publishing and distributing key client and candidate content, updating and maintaining the company's website and corporate literature, helping manage the company's online advertising plan, liaising with external partners, including web developer and printer supplier, helping draft and update client presentations and reports, driving engagement across the company's intranet, and general administration tasks.
You will be supported with an SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration through Rewards Training. You will also be given access to Microsoft IT Academy to improve your IT knowledge and skills.
They are ideally looking for National 5s or Highers in English, Business Management or Administration & IT. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb attention to detail and a strong interest in good design are all desirable.
You will also demonstrate a passion for marketing, particularly digital marketing, be committed to excellence, be ambitious, proactive and highly motivated, have an ability to work at pace while maintaining quality, to work in a team, work under pressure and to deadlines, have good organisational and time management skills and be of smart, professional appearance.
