Job overview

This two year Modern Apprenticeship is based in Dundee House, working full time, 37 hours per week. The Modern Apprentice Scheme is focused to target high youth unemployment in the Dundee Area.

Funding for training is only available for candidates aged 16 to 19 or disabled/care experienced applicants up to the age of 29. What will I learn?

You will learn skills and experience to undertake appropriate theoretical and practical training to work as part of the IT Software team on IT software maintenance, support and development projects and support business solutions to meet the Council’s needs.

What qualification or qualities are required?

You will have 2 Higher Grades, including English and Maths/Science at level C or above, or equivalent National Qualification in a computer related subject.
