This Business Administration Modern Apprenticeship post is within a residential care home facility. You will be working within a small admin / finance team, supporting the management and care staff with various duties.
You will be working within the office and covering reception services. You will be meeting and greeting visitors and conducting yourself in a professional manner.
You will be given a full induction into your role, ongoing support and coaching as well as working towards your Modern Apprenticeship qualification within your first year of employment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in in-house training opportunities and external training courses as required to support your development.
You will be developed in general clerical duties as well as customer service and reception duties. You will assist with finance duties and use in-house IT systems.
National 5 qualifications in English and Maths are essential. Administration, Business and IT are desirable.
Essential personal qualities include excellent customer service and people skills, good IT skills, excellent time management . You must be empathetic to working alongside residents as well as staff and visitors.
