The Role

As a HSEQ Fresh Olive, you will be an integral part of the team providing Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Support to the Operations teams across the company, including offshore, onshore, events and technical services.

The key responsibilities will be (although they will develop and expand through the apprenticeship):

•Undertake administration duties as required within the department to support a consistent and professional delivery of HSEQ support throughout the company.
•Support with the coordination of audits, investigations, risk assessment and COSHH Management.
•Shadow and undertake audits, investigations and risk assessments in line with training programme.
•Project work as allocated to support with company and department initiatives.
•Collate and report HSEQ Statistics and analysis
•Support with client reports and feedback
•Support with the achievement of HSEQ activities and relevant safety campaigns.
•Internal Management of Non Compliance process

What will I learn?

You will have the opportunity to learn on the job, working with the guidance and support of the HSEQ team and other key employees within the company. In addition to this, you will initially undertake SVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration then identify and agree formal training with your line manager required within specific role.

What qualification or qualities are required?

•Candidates must be enthusiastic about a career Health, Safety Quality and Environment.
•Good verbal and written communication skills (Higher English qualification would be beneficial)
•Good attention to detail
•Proficient in some Microsoft Office applications
