Job overview

• Ability/willingness to learn and take instructions
• Enjoy working as part of a team and helping others
• Deal efficiently with Patient enquiries – face to face or via telephone/email
• Provide excellent customer service and improve relevant processes
• Build and maintain good relationships with all employees, patients and visitors to the Practice
• Participate in relevant training to ensure levels of competence required to perform the role effectively
• Demonstrate flexible attitude in terms of tasks and team-working in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business
• Input and maintain company data entry and spreadsheets accurately
• Take payments and carry out refunds accurately in accordance with Company procedures
• Offer specific advice to customers on products and their use
• Carry out office administration effectively including : filing, photocopying, post duties & office stationery
• Inform customers in advance of delivery to highlight problems and indicate approximate delivery time
• Comply with relevant legislation and company policy and procedures (H&S, HR, business controls)
• Keep self up to date with changes in relevant regulations, legislation, market developments, products, company news
• Carry out ad- hoc duties as and when required to meet business needs

What qualification or qualities are required?

Qualifications required
• Nat 5 Minimum in English & Math's
• Higher's (Desirable not essential)
