Job overview

This exciting role is working within a high end retailer dealing with the e-commerce side of the business. Products are sold online through various platforms. The role involves customer service, logistics, administration tasks and online sales functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for website sales, existing on-line customer portfolio and e-commerce platforms, as well as the IT and admin duties that comes with it.

What will I learn?

You will be given a full induction into your role, ongoing support and coaching as well as working towards your Modern Apprenticeship qualification. You will also have the opportunity to participate in in-house training opportunities and external training courses as required to support your development.

What qualification or qualities are required?

National 5 qualifications in English and Maths are essential. Administration, Business, IT and Computing Studies are all desirable but not essential.

You will be self motivated and very organised with the ability to work using your own initiative in a fast paced environment ensuring excellent attention to detail at all times. Customer service and retail experience would be beneficial and you must have a passion for working with people.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good IT skills, experience of using various on-line purchasing platforms would be an advantage.
