This Property Administrator position is responsible for assisting the property surveyors. Main purpose of the role is to assist the surveyors manage their portfolio of properties and assisting with client instructions.
You will be working within the UK's leading independent commercial property management specialist, covering the UK with over 600 employees and partners.
Main duties include, producing monthly management reports, maintaining databases, facilitating H&S risk assessments and audits, liaising with internal and external partners, attend monthly meetings, minute taking as well as all general clerical admin tasks.
You will be given a full induction into your role, ongoing support and coaching as well as working towards your Modern Apprenticeship qualification within your first year of employment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in in-house training opportunities and external training courses as required to support your development.
National 5 qualifications in English and Maths are essential. Administration, Business and IT are all desirable but not essential.
Personal qualities required are excellent presentation and communication skills, good time-keeping and reliability. Good IT and typing skills and a keen attitude to learn and progress within a business environment. The right person will be very organised with the ability to work on their own and use their own initiative with an excellent eye for detail.
