If you are aged 16-24 yrs ( up to 29 yrs if specific criteria is met ) you will complete a Customer Service Modern Apprentice Qualification
Utilizing all elements of the sales engine to ensure you are delivering a high performing sales culture. This includes understanding and living our sales values and competencies, compiling a strategic plan in order to exceed targets, leading by example, following sales standards of performance.
To pro-actively sell and promote all venue conference and banqueting facilities by maximising business from new and existing customers.
To gain operational knowledge of all aspects of event planning and design to enhance the sales process.
Exceed targets by providing customers with an exemplary and motivating sales experience.
Working with a agreed sales targets proactively manage your sales pipeline including up sell opportunities to support budgeted revenues.
Work with the wider team and Portfolio team to maximise and cross sell opportunities across the wider business.
You will learn how to communicate and work with large companies, using the experience you will gain to promote the Events and Planning offering
Full training will be provided to ensure you have the tools to meet the job role
You should be confident and outgoing, keen to learn.
