You will be supported by a mentor through your full apprenticeship.
• Co-ordination of the storage, scanning, indexing, filing and retrieval of titles Documents
• Assisting with offsite storage & shredding
reception support when required - meeting and greeting visitors to the office and answering telephone calls
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
• Producing documents as and when required
• Providing admin support to directors when needed
The successful candidate will be enrolled onto a Business and Administration Modern Apprenticeship SCQF level 6. As you progress, you will learn all aspects of administration including using our bespoke systems. You will work as part of a team and learn how to communicate effectively with other team members and our customers.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
