This Business Administration Modern Apprenticeship post is within a fast paced construction office based in Hillington Park.
This is a customer facing admin role and you will be expected to work within a busy clerical team.
Duties will include answering the telephone, dealing with queries and orders, updating in-house IT systems, all general clerical tasks and report building
You will be given a full induction into your role, ongoing support and coaching as well as working towards your Modern Apprenticeship qualification within your first year of employment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in in-house training opportunities and external training courses as required to support your development.
National 5 qualifications in English and Maths are essential. Administration, IT and Accounts are all desirable but not essential.
Personal qualities required are excellent presentation and communication skills, good time-keeping and reliability. Good IT skills and a keen attitude to learn and progress within a business environment.
