To support the new Developing Young Workforce Executive Team to deliver its operational plan. In particular you will support the social media strategy but also undertake general administrative tasks.
Support social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
Support DYW presence in social networking sites including Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook and posting relevant blogs, and seeding content, into social applications as needed.
Work with team members to ensure social media tools are kept up to date.
Support the analysis, review and reporting of effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion.
Driving traffic and users to the company website through social media marketing and affiliation campaigns.
Make and receive calls dealing with general enquiries and pass onto appropriate colleagues.
Maintain various records and statistical information.
Use a variety of Microsoft software to carry out your duties (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
You must have experience working with computer software packages.
Willing to deal with a variety of customers, both face-to-face and over the telephone in a manner which meets the Council's Customer Care Standards
You have a personal responsibility for taking care of yourself and others and must comply with all relevant Health and Safety legislation
