As HR apprentice, you will be a key member of our team, covering a wide range of 'people' activities across the employment life cycle, providing administrative support to the wider HR team in tasks such as resourcing and onboarding, talent, performance management and case management. Our human resources function is responsible for facilitating people focused solutions that align to our business strategy, supporting our people and people capability in a fast paced environment. The apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to begin your HR career, ideally suited to people enjoy working with people and who are tenacious, resourceful whilst maintaining a cool head under pressure.
As much of the work involves working with people, whether that's employees or line managers, the role will suit people with good interpersonal and relationship management skills. The ability to see tasks through to completion and ensure all details are complete is advantageous.
HR Modern Apprenticeship will enable you to gain experience in a wide range HR areas, including resourcing and onboarding, talent, performance management and case management.
As well as spending time in the office, you'll also get out and about visiting key stakeholders in other buildings and locations.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
5x National 5s including English & Maths at grade C or above and 2x Highers including English at Grade C or above.
