You will learn to process daily rental receipts.
You will learn to paying tenancy refunds, compensation & Contractor invoices.
You will learn to processing card payments.
You will learn to deal with finance related queries from Tenants, Landlords and Contractors.
You will learn to run reports when required and format them as required (use of excel).
You will learn to prepare supplier statements onto a spreadsheet for an import into sage.
You will learn to provide support to busy finance team.
You will learn to undertake a variety of Admin Duties (such as scanning, filing, and answering emails/ telephone).
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
Experience or knowledge of accounts and administration.
A good understanding of Microsoft Packages (Excel is essential).
Educated to National 5 Accounts, National 5 English & National 5 Maths.
Property Experience is advantageous, but not essential.
Highly motivated and able to work using their own initiative.
