An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Glasgow based Mechanical Services Company for a Trainee Admin Assistant fulfilling a Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Basic office administration to include all mail duties, answering incoming calls, filing, scanning, typing, dealing with office supplies, greeting all visitors etc.
You will learn Word and Excel skills as well as use of our accounting software, Xero.
Build on your communication skills and organisational skills. Procurement for current projects and sourcing and compiling data for manuals.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
This position would ideally suit a School Leaver who is looking for their first work route in to work and keen to develop a range of skills.
No prior office experience required.
