We’ve partnered with NatWest Group because we’re looking for young people who are passionate about Financial Customer Service to join NatWest in permanent roles with the bank in 2021.
We are offering places on three-week interactive bootcamps where you will receive employability training and insight into the specific role for which you’ve applied.
Successful completion of the bootcamp guarantees you an interview. LTSB will continue to support successful candidates until roles commence in the autumn, and then for the first year of your career. On the apprenticeship you’ll study to gain a qualification while putting new skills to use in work, earning a competitive salary, and being supported professionally through the programme.
Financial Customer Service roles at NatWest Group are split into two types: Branch roles and Commercial roles. Branch roles deal with customers face to face, while commercial roles deal with corporate customers primarily via email and phone. You will learn about financial products and services, such as opening accounts, loans and mortgages.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
There are no minimum academic qualifications, however Scottish Nationals would be an advantage. We're also looking for people who:

- Have good communication skills
- Enjoys teamwork
