As a Modern Apprentice working within the Customer Advice & Support Service you will help support the team deliver high quality advice, information and assistance to members of the public on a range of council services. The apprenticeship will combine on-the-job learning with a programme of training and development.
You will undertake a formal modern apprenticeship in Business & Administration leading to a SVQ Level 2 qualification on successful completion. Combined with working within a team gaining valuable experience, knowledge and understanding via on the job training and formal training sessions to establish knowledge and understanding.
A good standard of general education including literacy and numeracy to at least National 4 qualifications (or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent work experience or training.
