This is a full time apprenticeship role within a busy recruitment office environment, you will be working with a construction recruitment team, assisting the manager and consultants with administration and resourcing activities. You will also be in daily contact with candidates and be involved at all recruitment and selection stages.
You will learn all general admin duties and recruitment resourcer responsibilities such as advertising vacancies, short-listing CVs, arranging candidate interviews, helping with the preparation and conduction of interviews, job offer assistance and invoice requests etc
You will receive a full induction and ongoing coaching & will work towards your Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration in year 1.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
You will be educated to Nat 5 level minimum and this must include English and Maths. Nat 5 in Administration, Business Management are also desirable but not essential. Highers are desirable but not essential.
You must be well presented with excellent communication skills, you must have both good written and verbal English and have good IT skills. Some previous work experience would also be an advantage.
