Entier Ltd are currently accepting applications to join our award-winning culinary apprenticeship programme. As Entier Fresh Olive Chef, you will have the opportunity to work alongside, and learn from award winning chefs while receiving extensive training and guidance which will support you as you take your first step in your career as a Chef.
As a Fresh Olive Chef, you will experience hands on and real-life experiences of working in a variety of kitchens in and around Aberdeen.
In this role you will be involved with all aspects of food preparation and delivery, where your involvement will develop as you progress through your apprenticeship. You will also learn and develop valuable customer service skills as you gain experience working within the hospitality and catering environment.
You will commence a 3-year programme which allow you to undertake your SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cookery) qualification, as well as taking part in master classes and additional training and development opportunities which will allow you to become a fully trained Chef.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
