This job is an amazing opportunity for a recent school or college leaver to kick start their career in a Business and Administration role. In this role, you will be working as a trainee admin assistant at a leading contractor business. You will be doing tasks such as:
Scanning, photocopying and filing documentation.
Distributing incoming mail, sorting and taking outgoing mail to the post office.
Monitoring and printing emails.
Covering reception’s lunch break’s and answering overflow calls from reception throughout the day.
And accurately logging information on the company server.
In this role, you will learn how to do administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, responding to email correspondence and logging information.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
Looking for a recent school or college leaver with a minimum of National 5 English and National 4 Maths.
The candidate should be a confident communicator and enthusiastic to learn new skills on the job.
