Input invoices and purchase orders using Sage Accounting Software.
Export information from Sage to Microsoft Excel and run spending breakdown reports on behalf of PMs.
Manage delivery notes and match invoices with purchase notes and then scan into the system accordingly.
Type up reports and run credit application forms using Microsoft Word.
Collate Project Management information using CMap software.
Be the first point of contact for people contacting the business and pass on to the relevant colleague.
Liaise with clients and colleagues using Gmail.
Undertake other ad-hoc administrative duties.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
