The Modern Apprenticeship Programmes allow apprentices to work full time and have the opportunity to earn while they learn and to put theory into practice within an automotive training environment.
What Might a Typical Day in this Job look like?
Apprentices will cover all aspects of customer service tasks and be responsible for administrative duties.
The job role will include:
• Answering telephone calls
• Daily communication with customers
• Dealing with new bookings
• Receiving and processing deliveries
• Reception duties
Apprentices will cover all aspects of administration and customer service from maintaining the administration systems to updating the computerised and manual filing systems. You will train through GTG to achieve an SQA qualification in Customer Service.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
You must have or expect to gain National 4 or above in English, Maths, and an Admin or Computer Studies subject.
It is essential that you are literate, numerate, reliable, and keen to learn.
