We are seeking ambitious young people to join our Modern Apprenticeship Scheme here at one of Edinburgh's Most Prestigious Venues.
Working under our Highly Experienced Head Chef & her brigade you will be taught all the fundamentals of classical cookery whilst also being shown modern techniques and learning on the job in a high volume kitchen which strives for customer excellence and is constantly evolving to improve.
We use the finest Seafood, Meats & Vegetables to produce exceptional dishes which bring customers from all over the UK & further afield.
All on site training will be provided which is backed up by SCQF recognised qualifications in Professional Cookery, Hospitality & Management.
