Job overview

We are looking to recruit a Digital Admin Assistant to help with general admin tasks for our company. You will be expected to have a high standard of work while also finishing your tasks to high standard.

The Successful candidate will be sending and receiving emails and also making phone calls to potential Customers and Clients whilst upholding customer service skills to the company's standard. The Successful Candidate will also be taught how to use in house systems and be expected to be able to use this efficiently and thoroughly. The successful candidate will also be assisting with recruitment projects, writing job ads and posting them on social media and job boards while also communicating with other workers, relaying key information and acting as a point of contact in the absence of any team member.

What qualification or qualities are required?

You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
