The Role
The position of Repatriation Operations Assistant is a customer service and administrative role within the Company. The ideal candidate will be primarily assisting airline passengers with tracking enquiries via telephone and emailing, assisting international travellers with the highest levels of customer service and professionalism.

What will I learn?

The candidate will be expected to independently generate reports and compile operational information and data using bespoke systems for Management.
The candidate will be involved in stock control, inventory, and disposals on behalf of Airline Clients.
Accuracy and consistency are essential.

What qualification or qualities are required?

You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement

Preferred Higher English minimum Nat 5 English & Maths.

Relevant Experience / Qualifications
• Experience in customer service setting preferred
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent computer literacy and experience in using basic Microsoft Office Packages
• Experience in complaint handling / dispute resolution
