Job overview

Big Day Productions is looking to begin its hunt for an entrepreneur, somebody that would like to work within a Wedding business, help to grow it, become a long term employee with commissions and bonuses and begin a career path that will help stimulate and grow your business skills, and personal development.

They provide Professional Wedding Photography + Videography services all over the UK and have been going strong for over 10 years. They work with freelancers nationwide to ensure their clients receive the best service on their special day.

Your role will see you communicating with clients via all digital channels, take bookings, run social media campaigns, help to run the day-to-day operations, provide your own ideas and input for new and existing projects.

You will be the first of what will be a growing team of like-minded people.

We don't just want you to have a job, we want you to love what you do, enjoy a work/life balance and create an environment that promotes growth in all aspects of life and business.

What will I learn?

• Deal with general email enquires from both existing clients, and new booking enquiries using Microsoft Outlook.
• Provide the client with the correct information as per their requirements and answering any questions they might have to provide them with the confidence to book with Big Day Productions. You will also follow up on enquiries accordingly.
• Liase with potential clients on the phone.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire process, as and when required.
• Keep track of new and existing bookings to ensure there are no conflicts and maintain client records on Microsoft Access.
• Process payments as and when required in accordance to the clients package.
• Distribute edited photos/film to the customer through an online photo gallery service, or in print. Photos/Film are uploaded online and sent to the client accordingly. Copies in USB format are also mailed to the client.
• Organise images/films as they arrive from our photographers/videographers and assign them to the relevant file locations ready to be processed accordingly.
• A big part of Big Day Production's business is Social Media Advertising, you will be expected to assist in our advertising campaigns, writing daily posts via Instagram, and more.
• You will also learn to develop your business skills, how to run a business, and learn what's involved.
