Here at Chase our vision is to inspire and equip our customers to get more from their money with our innovative and seamless mobile banking app, supported by our friendly and knowledgeable customer support team.

We are therefore looking to build a best in class Customer Service function in Edinburgh as we embark on this exciting chapter in the continued growth of our UK Business.

We are looking for passionate and talented customer focused apprentices to train to deliver a consistently exceptional customer service experience as the business launches and grows. These critical telephone and chat based roles are central to the success of this exciting new business so require individuals who aspire to be part of a team which will be focused on making our business great through supporting customers and taking ownership for resolving their enquiries from first call to conclusion.

To be eligible, you will be aged 16-24yrs, ( disabled or care experienced applicants up to the age of 29 are eligible to apply ).

As with all of our specialist roles we provide a structured training programme to equip you with a broad curriculum of experiences and knowledge which will allow you to develop your skills and afford you a number of career development opportunities across our different teams. We will equip you with the skills to

We will also support you through your Apprenticeship journey whilst completing your Modern Apprenticeship Customer Service SCQF 6 qualification.
