To provide administrative support to the Surveyor Administration team and Surveyor’s alike.
This will take the form of Reception cover as and when required, assisting with setting up Boardroom for client meetings, sending emails, mailroom duties, scanning/copying/binding and sending out completed reports, typing up letters/fees/short reports and dealing with the general administration required to ensure the smooth running of the office.
• Reception cover for lunch hour and holiday cover when required
• Setting up and clearing away Boardroom for client meetings
• Mailroom duties
• Scanning, copying, binding, filing and file retrieval
• Inputting instructions to in house database (AIMS)
• Maintenance of records on AIMs
• Typing & issuing of T&C’s engagement letters
• Producing electronic documents for report appendices
• Maintaining stationary and office supplies inventory
• General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the Glasgow
office
• Support activity is carried out effectively and efficiently
• In house Database (AIMS) data is kept up to date and accurate
• Timely and accurate production of reports/letters
• Effective client and internal relationships
• Has awareness of the importance of accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Has the ability to work as part of a team
• Has good organisational skills and the ability to type and spell accurately
• Is keen to learn and work towards progressing their career in Office
