The Team
The role provides administrative and file management support across the team. The role will require you to be proactive and take initiative. To be successful, candidates will demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality both internally and in respect of clients of the firm, recognising and respecting information of a sensitive nature.

What will I learn?

Key Responsibilities
• Financial - assist with processing of invoices, expenses and other related financial matters utilising relevant systems e.g. Chrome River
• Document Management – assist with processing mail, printing, copying & scanning of all relevant documents and preparation of document bundles
• File Management – assist with the accurate filing/e-filing of documents utilising the relevant document management/client management system ensuring naming conventions are adhered to
• Assist with the coordination of client and other internal meetings using relevant booking system
• Responsible for managing stationery and other consumables
• Arrange taxi, courier and other ad-hoc requests, liaising with Hub Leader as appropriate Individual performance and development: develops the skills of self and others
• Continually seeks out opportunities to improve their contribution to the team
• Actively seeks and responds to feedback
• Proactively seeks development or training as required
• Values the input of others

Client/Stakeholder relationships
• Building client relationships: establishing, maintaining and using
relationships to fulfil the role

What qualification or qualities are required?

You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement

Minimum Nat 5 in English / Maths (preferred Higher)
Technical expertise: knowledge of and ability to apply it to the role
• Capably uses all necessary software
• Proactively manages all documentation
• Always ensures accuracy and proficiency in grammar and punctuation
• Applies basic numeracy skills
Managing process and procedure
• Demonstrates awareness of all systems relevant to the firms administrative and legal processes, including finance, workflow management and client management software.
• Demonstrates proficiency in document and case management systems.

People and Team
• Teamwork and Collaboration: working cooperatively and effectively with others
• Liaises with colleagues in a professional manner and provides effective support where needed
• Responds positively to others, is an approachable and cooperative member of the team
