Trust Care Staff & Training Ltd
Not sure what type of career you want to get into?
Ellie just passed her apprenticeship and now she got promoted, your chance to do the same.
You probably want to know what’s involved in the apprenticeship:
You’ll be a Recruiter within the healthcare market. You don’t need to anything about healthcare, or recruitment as you’ll be trained. Whilst you are earning a salary in your full-time position, you’ll be studying a qualification in Administration & Business that will give you skills within your career.
What’s involved in the job?
Recruitment is all about people, so if you’re a chatterbox, you’ll be glad to know it helps in this job. Your goal will be to recruit the best care staff to work for our customers. Every day is busy and never the same, one moment you’ll be doing interviewing, the next is dealing with a customer call.
You will be part of our amazing team of 12 and growing. We have doubled our headcount in the last year due to our success, so you can feel reassured you will hit the ground running. A third of our team have been apprentices and now work with us full-time, so you’ll always have colleagues that are happy to help you.
By the way, if you’re wondering if you need qualifications, don’t worry your personality is more important than your exam results.
As this is an apprenticeship, you will need to qualify for SDS funding, please check your eligibility on this website. Just as a side note, due to certain policies and the type of work we are involved in, you must be 18 (or have your 18th birthday in the next month or so – we’d wait) to join our team.
You’ll have a head start in this vacancy if you’ve completed a Foundation Apprenticeship in a related field. We’ll need you to provide evidence of your qualification and show you gained the relevant skills from your placement
What do we need:
• We really do care about people and the Healthcare Sector, you’ll have to prove you do too.
• We only work with people so you must enjoy chatting on the phone (and hopefully, meeting people in the future)
• General skills are good written English for business emails and general computer literacy. We will train on our in-house packages.
• Our insurance policies mean you must be 18 (or have your 18th birthday in the next month or so – we’d wait) to work here.
