What might a day in this job look like?
Supporting the office by undertaking a range of ongoing client maintenance administrative tasks, report preparation, form filling, data entry, spreadsheet updating and ensuring that files are saved to our document management system. All while liaising with a range of colleagues throughout the office.
You will be working as part of a centralised administration team of around four or five people, supporting the wider Financial Planning team. We are a busy and successful company. What will I Learn?
Soft Skills – Communication; Teamwork: Problem Solving;
SVQ Level 2 in Business Administration, on completion of SVQ, industry related training and qualifications are available for those wishing to progress, whether via either The Institute of Customer Service or CISI for Financial Administration exams
You will become proficient in the use Microsoft Office suite of programmes, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), along with our internal client relationship and document management systems. Client Engage and DMS amongst others.
What Qualifications / Qualities are required?
Our ideal candidate will have National 4/5s or equivalent, which should include English and arithmetic.
We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, enthusiastic, confident, with excellent time keeping, who wants to work in a small team, but be part of the wider office group.
