Our client, who is a digital business consultant, is looking for a committed and eager individual to join their expanding team of online learning specialists. The role of Project Coordinator will provide high-level and project-based administrative activities, for all clients and subject areas, across the diverse portfolio of courses.

The Project Coordinator will support all of our client’s employees and contractors in the documentation and admin support for the day-to-day functions of assigned online learning and digital consultancy projects. The role is diverse in nature: from supporting planning and documentation of projects, to finance tracking, to content population of courses, as well as adhoc support for other team functions where appropriate.

Organisation relationships:

Report directly to the Director. Close working with the project lead of assigned projects, production team and contractors. Initially an internal-facing role, with ultimate progression towards outward-facing duties, i.e. direct contact with clients.

What will I learn?

Develop and maintain project status and tracking tools for monitoring project development progress.
Support the Director with high-level project planning and management tasks, as well as tender proposal development.
Keep on top of the scheduling and finance management of courses, across all client projects and translation statuses.
Run reports on project progress, both at client and internal company level, and support the invoicing process.
Create visualisations of processes pertaining to the design > delivery aspect of projects for communication to clients
Develop slide packs for external communication purposes in collaboration with the Director.
Create regular reports for the Director to aid in project management and status update duties
Any other duties relating specifically and directly to project maintenance, as supported by the Director.

Your training will start with a 6-12 months Digital Application Support Modern Apprenticeship, which consists of learning on the job, as well as our custom-built E-Learning platform. You will develop all the skills you need to pass your work-based assessments. Our assessors are available to provide one-to-one support and will work with your line manager to ensure you settle into your new role.

You will gain a Diploma in Digital Application Support which is a Nationally recognised qualification and may be used to gain employment and further your career in administration.
