Job overview
Creating and selling travel packages using all Hays products
Delivering a first class customer service experience to all customers, obtaining repeat business
Working towards, and striving to exceed, agreed individual and team sales targets and other KPI’s
Attending training workshops, including overseas educational visits, in order to continuously develop product knowledge
Remain flexible to meet the needs of the Business
What will I learn?
You will work towards obtaining a Level 6 Travel Services qualification
Training will be conducted both via digital classroom and in branch, with our award-winning training team there with you every step of the way
Training is a 6 week classroom based induction with regular branch visits
Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
What qualification or qualities are required?
National 5 in English & Maths (Grade 1-4) desirable
Communication skills
