Further education: Continue to improve your hospitality knowledge with a bachelor’s degree in PR or event management. Your experience will support your university application.

Entry requirements

There are no set requirements for the apprenticeship. However, it is good to have a previous qualification such as an SCQF level 5 in hospitality and an interest in developing your customer service skills.   

Duration

This Technical Apprenticeship will take 12-24 months to complete.
