What's the qualification?
You will gain a qualification at SCQF level 8 in hospitality management. The qualification includes:
- core units of an SVQ in hospitality management at SCQF level 8
- A range of work experience in a fast-paced industry

Entry requirements
There are no set requirements for the apprenticeship. However, it is good to have a previous qualification such as an SCQF level 5 in hospitality and an interest in developing your customer service skills.
Duration
This Technical Apprenticeship will take 12-24 months to complete.
