Contract offer

Between January and April, contract offers will be issued. At this point, you'll be interacting with Contract Executives from our commissioning team, and our procurement team.

Your checklist

During this time:

  • You'll receive a 'standstill letter'. This sets out who is to be awarded volumes. Use the 10 day standstill period to review this information.

  • If your bid is successful, and no legal challenges have been made, you'll be issued a contract to deliver National Training Programmes training.

  • You should sign your contract agreement, and return it to Skills Development Scotland.

  • You should submit your cumulative forecasts for volumes and values for the year. Our contract executives will provide advice and support on how to do this.
