Your qualification includes:
core units of an SVQ in Care Services Leadership and Management at SCQF Level 10
a range of optional units
During your apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to:
provide housing support for different people
develop lasting bonds with your colleagues
nurture and support children
provide residential support
This apprenticeship will help you develop core skills such as:
communication
problem-solving
time management
working in a team
These transferable skills can be used for other roles such as housing support officer or residential care support.
This apprenticeship gives you plenty of options. You could continue your education with other qualifications or progress into a full time career.
Further study: Continue your studies at university with a degree in social care. Your experience will support the application.
