SVQ in Facilities Management at SCQF Level 7
During your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to:
Establish and monitor the facilities required by the client
Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility
Support equality, diversity and individual rights in the workplace
Manage facility management projects
Create contingency plans for unforeseen disasters

Manage and monitor the efficient use of energy

This Modern Apprenticeship gives a variety of options. Carry on your studies with a relevant facilities management degree or go into full-time work.

Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this apprenticeship. But it is useful to have completed a relevant qualification such as an apprenticeship in facilities services at SCQF Level 4.
How does it work?
You’ll learn in a real-world environment and earn a wage. You’ll also study with a college or another learning provider.
How long will it take?
The Modern Apprenticeship will take between 12 and 24 months to complete
