What's Facilities Management like?

Facilities management involves a mix of risk assessment, organisation and building maintenance. Learn how to manage properties and make them environmentally sustainable. Use the latest technology to help create a comfortable working atmosphere. Discover how to reduce business disruption and develop new management strategies.

The apprenticeship is ideal for anyone who wants to progress in the facilities management industry. Become a facility manager in a hospital and contribute to the wellbeing of patients. Work as a stadium maintenance manager and create new ways to entertain visitors during big events. The apprenticeship is designed to give you the leadership skills that can help you thrive in a management role.
