Your qualification includes:
Core units of an SVQ in IT and Telecommunications at SCQF Level 5 or Level 6
Work experience in a progressive sector
Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals at SCQF Level 5
Diploma for Information Technology and Telecommunications Professionals at SCQF Level 6
During your apprenticeship, you'll learn how to:
Manage IT and Telecommunications systems
Operate IT and Telecommunications systems
Manage software development
Utilise event-driven computer programming
Use object orientated computer programming
Investigate and define customer requirements for IT and Telecommunications systems
Provide remote support for IT and Telecommunications systems
Carry out user profile administration
Identify faults in different computer systems
