What's Rural Land Use and Management Technical like?

This Technical Apprenticeship gives you a chance to work with qualified, experienced colleagues carrying out real work in these industries.
You'll gain a Technical Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 8.

Your qualification includes:
SVQ in Rural Land Use and Management at SCQF Level 8
As part of your apprenticeship you’ll learn about Rural Land Use Management. With your employer, you’ll also select and learn 7 different Career Skills at SCQF Level 7.
You’ll also complete a minimum of 2 industry-specific training courses that suit you and your employer, and the industry you’re in.
There's a range of options to pursue with this apprenticeship.
Further Study: completion could lead to a relevant degree course.

Entry requirements
There are no set requirements for this apprenticeship. But it's useful to have an interest in land and the environment.
How does it work?
You’ll learn in a real-world environment and earn a wage. You’ll also study with a college or another learning provider.
How long will it take?
This Modern Apprenticeship will take 12 to 24 months to complete.
