Digital Marketing

This Modern Apprenticeship equips employees working in digital marketing with the skills and knowledge they need. As part of the framework, apprentices learn about:

• analytics

• reporting

• search engine optimisation (SEO)

• the principles of marketing

It's suitable for apprentices who have absolutely no digital marketing experience, as well as employees who want to build on the skills they already have.

The Digital Marketing Modern Apprenticeship can be used to upskill employees who work in digital marketing coordinator or digital marketing assistant roles.

There are no set entry requirements for this Modern Apprenticeship.

Although, it’s expected that most candidates will have around five National 4 or Standard Grade qualifications. These should include English and Maths.

After completing the Modern Apprenticeship, your employees will be prepared for roles such as:

• digital marketing officer

• online marketing officer

• digital marketing executive

• online marketing executive

They could progress to:

• a higher level digital marketing qualification, such as a Professional Diploma in digital marketing or social media marketing

• more senior digital marketing roles

• a broader marketing qualification
