Men and the Mental Health Challenge
This workshop will look at the reasons men struggle talking about their mental health or connecting with support services.
You'll explore historical stigma amongst many men which stops them getting help, as well as indicators that men are struggling. You'll discuss ways to effectively engage with men and learn about recovery from poor mental health and the challenge of male suicide.

Poverty Awareness
Understanding and Responding to the Impact of Poverty
Poverty can have a significant impact on people’s lives, opportunities and experiences. This interactive online session builds participants’ understanding of poverty, its impact and actions that can help reduce its effects. You'll develop your awareness of poverty and consider how this understanding can inform the support you provide to learners.
